| Bonakid Pre-School Launches Advocacy Program on Confidence |

Recognizing the importance of building self-confidence in young children, Bonakid Pre-School recently launched its Ready for the World Advocacy Program at the Rennaisance Hotel in Makati City.
"We believe that a healthy self-esteem is one of the most important things a child must develop to succeed in life. And it is the parents' task to help their children develop self-confidence," said Aubrey Allarde, Product Manager for Bonakid Pre-School. "With this advocacy program, we are helping parents do just that."
Hosted by Mickey Ferriols, the event was marked by the unveiling of the newest Bonakid Pre-School campaign which announces the brand's partnership with Gawad Kalinga and their drive to help build the confidence of the GK Sibol kids. Bonakid Pre-School has set up a "Ready for the World" Fund to support Sibol, a Gawad Kalinga program where under-privileged pre-school children are given access to a values-based education. Bonakid Pre-School will develop a confidence training program that will enhance the skills of GK Sibol teachers and train them to effectively develop the confidence of their students.
The event also included a panel discussion featuring Dra. Bernadette Carpio-Benitez, a noted pediatrician; Mrs. Jacqueline Morales, mother of teen singing sensation Makisig Morales; Mrs. Judee Ganayo, Managing Directress of Center for Personality Development & Professional Skills; and Ms. Coy Mauleon, guidance counselor and researcher. Focusing on what the brand refers to as the three pillars of confidence-health, love and learning-the speakers discussed how these play an important role in confidence-building and gave numerous points to further develop a child's confidence.
As part of its advocacy program, Bonakid Pre-School announced its "Batang May Tibay" Confidence-Building Workshop Series. The workshops, which will be conducted in pre-schools around the country, will teach parents how to build their child's self-confidence. The series of workshops will eventually culminate with the "Pamilyang May Tibay" Challenge, an inter-school family sports fest which gives pre-schoolers and their parents the opportunity to build their confidence and learn the values of teamwork and sportsmanship. This event promotes family bonding while participating in a number of fun and exciting games.
With its Ready for the World Advocacy Program, Bonakid Pre-School spearheads the drive to build the self-confidence of young children to prepare them for the future so that they will indeed be ready for the world.
