a. A draw will be conducted in the presence of and validated by FDA and Wyeth Philippines Representatives. b. Customers may only win once throughout the whole promo period. c. FDA and Wyeth Philippines will do a counter verification of the validity of the raffle coupon number by calling the store indicated in the entry. e. The winners will be notified thru an actual phone call by a Wyeth Philippines representative. A representative from Wyeth Philippines will do the initial call-out to the winning subscriber. 1. ALL the requirements must be presented upon claiming --- Registered mail notification, raffle coupon, and 2 valid IDs. 2. The legitimate winner will be advised by Wyeth when to claim his/her prize from the Wyeth office and to present the requirements mentioned in item#1 when he/she claims the prize. 1. For the eligible winners, prizes can be claimed weekdays, 8am-5pm, at the Wyeth Philippines office* located at 2236 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, Philippines, after he/she presents ALL of the following items to establish his/her identity as the eligible winner:

5. The winner, during the redemption of the prize, will be asked to sign a RECEIPT FORM indicating that he/she or his/her authorized representative has claimed the prize. 6. If the winner is below 18 years of age, he/she needs to be with his/her parent or legal guardian to claim prize. Both the minor and the parent/guardian should present valid identification such as valid ID and birth certificate. The latter should also present proof that he/she is the legal guardian of the minor. 7. In the event that the winner cannot personally visit Wyeth Philippines office to present the mail notification and 2 valid IDs to receive the prize, he/she may have his/her authorized representatives present all the above-mentioned requirements to claim the prize. 8. Authorized Representative must present the Authorization Letter from the legitimate winner and present a Valid ID with picture. 9. In the event that the winner or his/her authorized representative did not claim the prize within 30 days upon call out, the authorized Wyeth Philippines representatives will declare that the winner is void with prior FDA approval.

1. Wyeth Philippines will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to direct or
consequential loss, damage, personal injury, death) that the winner and his companions may
suffer (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection to
any aspect of this promo. 2. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as intended, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, force majeure, or any causes beyond the control of Wyeth Philippines which corrupts or affects the conduct of this promotion, Wyeth Philippines reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promo, or invalidate all the affected entries in concurrence with the FDA. 3. The potential and/or valid winner’s name and/or photos from the draws may be, at the discretion of Wyeth Philippines, be posted on TV commercials, announced on TV or radio stations, or printed in other form of marketing collaterals. The actual winners may also be required to attend / appear in live shows in connection with their winning. By entering this promotion, the participating customers agree to this term without extra cost or remuneration for the appearance in live shows or shoot in connection with their winning. Logistical costs related to this will be shouldered by Wyeth Philippines. 4. Prizes are transferable upon presentation of the following documents:

5. Trips are convertible to P100,000 cash (inclusive of withholding tax). Pocket money will still be awarded. However, only the original winner may avail of the cash conversion. Should the prize be transferred to another person, the prize must remain as a trip with pocket money. 6. Travel taxes and pocket money withholding tax will be shouldered by Wyeth Philippines. However, should the trip be converted to cash, withholding tax for the corresponding amount will be shouldered by the winner. 7. Winners may choose their preferred travel period. However, travel period should be no later than April 30, 2012. 8. Passport processing fees, DSWD processing fees (for minors, if needed), and terminal fees for all travelers shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be shouldered by Wyeth Philippines. Airfare covered in this promo is only for the trips from Manila to the HK/Singapore and back to Manila.
