A day in the life of...

Main Purpose:  To delight target consumers, build brand portfolios, and generate strong brand building results.

  • Delivery of agreed business plans and business results in close collaboration with the Business Executive Officer & Business Co-Pilot
  • Lead, Manage, and Grow business profitably
  • Drives and creates competitive gaps through business efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain
  • Influences all relevant lines of the profit and loss
  • Makes business decisions for the brand through a strong understanding of key issues and trends
  • Business planning and goal alignment:
  • Leads and manages the Business Planning process with different stakeholders
  • Ensures efficient use of the brand's media spend
  • Ensures that brand plans are executed on time and flawlessly
  • Aligns the strategy across the organisation through a pragmatic combination of a clear long-term vision and the achievement of day-to-day goals
  • Delight Consumers
  • Champions an intimate and holistic understanding of consumers by simplifying and cutting through complexity in consumer/category understanding. Draws connections between facts, ideas, and situations.
  • Works with Channel Category Sales team to ensure an efficient and effective shopper marketing strategy that is based on key shopper researches, insights, and learnings


What will make you successful

  • At least 3 years' experience in Marketing and at least 2 years in a sales-related function
  • With strong experience in leading cross functional teams
  • With strong experience in project management and business operations
  • Highly agile and passionate
  • College degree holder
