A day in the life of...

  • Develop training, coaching and assessment strategy according to the Continuous Improvement Implementation Plan
  • Communicate, train, coach, and drive the implementation of Continuous Improvement enablers and methodology and tools across the center
  • Establish Continuous Improvement Pillars in the Function and perform tasks linked to the Pillar Implementation Strategy
  • Track Continuous Improvement enablers implementation, audit and assess progress of the initiatives
  • Partner with Compliance and Leadership Development Pillars in driving sustainable implementation of activities
  • Partner with Functional Leads and Supervisors in identifying and monitoring process improvement projects and provide coaching during Project selection within the Function
  • Deliver coaching on tools and methodology to lower belt DMAIC projects in the Function
  • Build, mobilize, and lead cross functional teams to meet project objectives within  given resource specifications across assigned Functions/Streams/Business processes
  • Lead post-project analysis to capture learning, eventual translation opportunities for projects and confirms KPI improvement achievement; Monitor sustained performance after successful completion of projects
  • Use data to understand current processes, identify impacts on current processes of proposed process and system enhancements, and work with the various stakeholders to propose and develop process and/or technology modifications
  • Drive the center in gathering, collecting, organizing, prioritizing, and presenting the data concerning business and/or project opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong and positive relationship by ensuring an open communication throughout all levels of the organization

What will make you successful

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
  • With formal training & technical competency in Six Sigma and Lean skills; Preferably Six Sigma White Belt Certified
  • Experienced in coaching and delivering training at all levels of the organization is an advantage
  • Highly developed process improvement  and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of business needs
  • Change Management skills an advantage
  • Ability to facilitate the work in teams and a team player
  • Passionate about people and display a caring attitude
  • High persuasion skills and natural leadership skills to drive mindset change
  • Strategic and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
