We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager who can identify, establish and implement Supply Chain development opportunities in order to constantly improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain.

A day in the life of...

  • Develop and implement statistical models, tools and processes to improve quality of long-term and short-term forecasts
  • Deliver on-time weekly and monthly KPI reviews feeding operational reviews and tracking of improvement initatives.
  • Assess and evaluate internal process in selected markets of the region and establish agreed improvement plans with Market.
  • Ensure capability planning and execution as aligned with Supply Chain and Market management.
  • For key projects establish project teams and Market support.  Setup monthly project reviews and stakeholder management to deliver project on-time and with desired results.
  • Foster expertise in statistical models and advanced D&SP tools and processes across Regional Supply Chain community
  • Organize appropriate trainings and workshop supporting the needs
  • Establishment and utilization of standard routine's and best practices where applicable


Are you a fit?

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistical Analysis, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of D&SP experience, within a consumer goods company and/ or within a consulting company                                           
  • Strong working knowledge of SAS, SAP R/3 and APO                                 
  • Good knowledge of Value Chain process: from sourcing to the customer shelves                                    
  • Knowledge of statistical models                      
  • Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment
