What is Wyeth Nourishing Rewards?

Wyeth Nourishing Rewards is an offline to online community of Mercury Drug Corporation (MDC) shoppers. You can buy Wyeth Growing up Milk brands and Maternal brands in any MDC branches nationwide.  Download the application, scan receipts to earn points and redeem the rewards.

 

When can I join the promo?

Participating Wyeth products purchased from any Mercury Drug stores within October 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021 are eligible to earn points.

 

You can start buying and scanning receipts from October 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021. 

 

What are the participating products?

How do I know if the account where I buy is a participating account?

to see which are the participating account.  You may also check if there are specially marked packs with QR codes in the store of your choice.

Who can join the Wyeth Nourishing Reward promo?

You can join the promo as long as you are:

  • Filipino and residing in the Philippines
  • At least 18 years old
  • With a child of more than 3 years

 

Where should I buy the participating Wyeth products in order to join the promo?

You need to buy the participating product from any Mercury Drugstore nationwide.  Ensure that you get the Official Receipt (thermal) to be used for submission in earning points

How much is the promotion? Is there a fee when you join?

What mobile phones do I need?

You need to have an Android phone (at least ver 6) and IOS phone (at least ver 10).  You may download the Wyeth Nourishing Reward app from Playstore and Appstore.

 

Do I need to have an internet connection to use the app?

Yes, an internet connection is required to download and access the app.

 

Do I need to have a mobile number to join?

Yes, you need to have an active mobile number as this will be used to register your account.  Important messages will be sent to your mobile number.

I did not receive a one-time password (OTP) code during sign-up?

Here are the possible reasons and solutions:

 

  • The mobile number you indicated is different from what you are using or may be invalid.  Try to sign-up again using the correct number or do a forgot password instead.

 

  • There might be no or poor cellular signal coverage in your area. Kindly move to another location with better signal coverage and wait for the SMS.

I have forgotten my password

Create a new password by tapping “Forgot Password” and follow the on-screen instructions.  Please note that a verification code will be sent to the mobile number registered to your account.

My mobile number exists already when I tried signing up, what do I do?

How do I know that my receipt is eligible for this promo?

 

Only participating products and receipts scanned from Mercury Drugstore branches nationwide are eligible to this promotion.

How do I take a photo of my receipt?

Ensure you include the TOP, BOTTOM and PRODUCT PURCHASE in your photo.  You can fold the receipt as long as the required details are visible and readable.

 

Lay down the receipt on a flat surface and have adequate lighting.

My Receipt is unreadable

You may try again and a reminder that when taking a photo of the receipt, make sure the print is readable and include the top and bottom portion of the actual receipt.  Ensure also that the participating product is visible in the photo.  You may fold as necessary.

 

If the receipt is unreadable, click “Input Details” and fill up the necessary information.

My Receipt is invalid

Here are options why your receipt is invalid:

 

  • Qualified receipts can be claimed only once.
  • The receipt does not list/display the participating product
  • The purchase date is not within the promo duration        

           

Why does it say that there is a limit for claiming points?

Each consumer can claim only a maximum of five-(5) cans or boxes for each participating production per month.  In any excess, they will be forfeited.

 

Can I use the excess purchase from a previous receipt that I claimed?

No.  Claimed receipts are no longer valid.

I submitted my receipt, why do I need to wait for 48 to 72 hours to receive my points?

A verification process is needed for edited or manually added receipts. Please wait within 48 to 72 hours to get the details.

 

After waiting for 48-72 hours, I got a message of “No Points Earned”, why?

Unfortunately, your submitted receipt did not pass the verification process.  The possible reasons are cited in the message.

My receipt or some parts of it is not readable anymore, can I still claim points?

Sorry to hear that. We would need a clear and readable receipt to be uploaded for you to earn promo points. You may send us a new receipt once you have purchased participating Wyeth Nourishing Rewards.

 

How many receipts can be scanned?

Customers may scan multiple receipts but it will be validated by the application. There is a maximum of 5 pieces per participating SKU monthly per customers.

What reward items and their corresponding points can be redeemed?

The following are the items Reward Items that can be redeemed using your points.

 

I am trying to redeem a reward item, but the button redeem is not working

You may not have enough points to redeem that Reward item. 

How can I avail of the reward item?

 

1. Based on the current no. of points the Consumer has accumulated, Wyeth Nourishing Rewards application will provide the Consumer with options on the rewards he/she is eligible to redeem

2. Consumer may opt to click “Redeem Reward” upon confirming his/her chosen reward, or choose “Redeem Later” to store his/her reward points for later redemption within the promo period

3. Once the Consumer clicks on Redeem Reward, the Consumer is given instructions by Wyeth Nourishing Rewards on how to claim his/her prize

How do I get the Reward item when I redeem it?

The selected reward item is in electronic form via an electronic gift certificate. This code will be sent to your mobile number registered to your account.  This is via text message or SMS and coming from Giftaway.

I did not receive any message or SMS regarding my redemption of the reward?

Please ensure that your mobile device has mobile coverage and has access to the mobile number registered to your account.

Does my eGC expire?

Most of the eGifts we operate do not expire.

Please check the brand's reminders and/or terms if there are any conditions for expiry. Corporate-sponsored and promotional eGifts may also have validity conditions that you must check separately with them.

 

Can you send the reward to another mobile number?

No. The reward will be sent to the mobile number registered to your account.

I lost my MDC gift codes,

 

 

 

If the recipient lost the code, email us at support+mercurydrug@giftaway.ph. Indicate the mobile number and/or email address to whom the code was initially sent. The code will be re-sent after our support team has verified the mobile number and/or email.

 

How soon can I use my redeemed rewards?

You can use the reward as soon as you received the code on your mobile phone

 

 

I lost access to my mobile number and can’t access the code, is there any way to retrieve them?

What do I have to bring or prepare to use the Mercury Drug eGC?

You do not have to bring anything with you except for the alphanumeric code.  Just present this to the store when purchasing your items.

Can I convert my rewards to cash?

Your rewards are not convertible to cash.

How will I know if my reward item has been redeemed already?

I used my MDC eGC in the store, and the cashier did not accept it

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

 

For invalid codes during the redemption at the store, you may request the cashier/manager to contact the Giftaway store compliance officer directly to resolve it in-store.

 

If the error persists and the issue cannot be resolved immediately, kindly email us at support@giftaway.ph with the store name, branch location, date of visit, and eGift code so we may escalate your concern to store headquarters.

 

When can I redeem rewards?

 

You can redeem reward items from October 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022 or unless otherwise extended.

 

You need to have sufficient points to redeem rewards.

What will happen to my points if I don’t use them after the promo and redemption period?

Unredeemed points will be forfeited after the redemption period.

Do you have smaller value reward items that I can redeem?

The only available items are those listed here [redirect to the specific answer].  Buy more participating Wyeth products to earn more points.

 

 

💡 TIPS IN TAKING A PHOTO OF THE RECEIPT:

 

  1. Make sure that your receipt is readable wherein the print is clear and dark. It should have no folds, fading, and discoloration.  Always remember to keep your receipt away from heat, water, moisture, and alcohol.

 

  1. Place the receipt on a flat and well-lit surface.  You can use your device’s flash to add more light, but avoid any glare or over-exposure that will make the recognition not possible.

 

  1. Ensure that the receipt will fit on the screen of the phone or camera view.  The Header, Item(s) purchased, and footer of the receipt must be taken in one photo. You may fold the receipt as illustrated below.

 

 

Note:

  • In case the receipt is still unreadable, you may input the details manually. Just wait until 48-72 hours to have your points credited to your account.  You will receive updates on this manual submission via the app’s push notification
